I reviewed a job opportunity from HK Juan Renovation Pte. Ltd., a Singapore-based renovation company specializing in residential renovation services. The company focuses on delivering practical solutions and quality craftsmanship tailored to each client’s home improvement needs.

From an operational perspective, renovation businesses require strong administrative and financial organization. Each project involves multiple stages such as quotation preparation, project tracking, invoicing, and expense documentation. Maintaining accurate financial records and organized project data becomes essential to ensure smooth operations and financial clarity.

Based on the job description, the role focuses on supporting daily bookkeeping using tools such as Xero, managing project-related data across systems like Monday.com and Notion, and assisting with quotation preparation. These tasks highlight how administrative and accounting support can help business owners maintain accurate records, track project progress, and reduce operational workload.

This case illustrates the importance of structured financial documentation and organized administrative workflows in service-based businesses where multiple projects are managed simultaneously.

This case reflects my approach to administrative and bookkeeping support: maintaining accurate data, organizing operational information, and helping business owners manage their projects more efficiently.
