Administrative & Executive VA Case Study – People-Centric International
I came across a Virtual Assistant opportunity from People-Centric International, a leadership consultancy that helps organisations across the MENA and Asia regions develop stronger leaders and improve performance through coaching, consulting, and leadership programmes.
As a consulting firm working with large organisations such as ADCB and Samsung, People-Centric requires structured administrative and operational support to ensure programmes, client communications, and internal operations run smoothly.
Based on the role description, the Virtual Assistant would support a combination of executive assistance, programme coordination, and administrative operations. This includes managing the Managing Director’s calendar, organizing email communications, coordinating leadership programme logistics, and supporting communication with programme participants.
The role also involves administrative coordination for training programmes such as registering participants, tracking attendance, preparing certificates, and managing assessment processes through external platforms.
In addition, the VA would assist with financial and operational tasks, including maintaining expense records, preparing invoices, organizing documents for VAT reporting, and keeping financial spreadsheets updated.
This case highlights how a Virtual Assistant can support a consulting business by providing structured executive support, organised programme coordination, and reliable administrative systems, helping the leadership team stay focused on delivering high-impact programmes to their clients.
This case reflects my approach to supporting consulting and service-based businesses: combining clear communication, structured administrative systems, and reliable operational support to help teams deliver their work more efficiently.
