I explored a project opportunity to support market research for a new analytics tool designed for marketplace sellers. The goal of the project was to schedule 20 interviews with active sellers from two major e-commerce platforms: Tokopedia and Flipkart.

The main objective of the role was to identify and connect with potential interview participants, including 10 Tokopedia sellers and 10 Flipkart sellers. These interviews would help the client understand how sellers manage important aspects of their businesses, such as product performance, profits, logistics, and advertising costs.

To support this project, the assistant would research and reach out to sellers through various channels, such as seller communities, forums, LinkedIn, and Instagram. After introducing the research project, the next step would be inviting sellers to participate in a 30-minute video interview via Zoom or Google Meet.

Another key responsibility is managing the scheduling process by coordinating interview

times directly with the client’s calendar and ensuring each session is properly booked.

Throughout the project, it is also important to maintain a well-organized tracking spreadsheet, recording seller contact details, communication status, and confirmed interview times to ensure the target of 20 completed interviews is achieved within the two-week timeline.

This type of work highlights how structured outreach, clear communication, and organized scheduling can support valuable product research and help businesses better understand their target users.

This case reflects my interest in supporting research projects through organized outreach, communication, and structured interview scheduling.
