I came across a Virtual Assistant opportunity from August Society, a sustainable swimwear and lifestyle brand focused on expanding its wholesale presence across the region.

As the brand grows, one of the key priorities is identifying and building relationships with potential retail partners such as boutiques, hotels, gyms, and lifestyle stores that align with the brand’s sustainability values.

Based on the role description, the Virtual Assistant would focus on lead generation and B2B outreach to support the company’s wholesale expansion strategy.

This includes researching potential partners through platforms such as Google, LinkedIn, and Instagram, and organizing these prospects into a structured lead database with relevant information such as contact details, store profile, and brand alignment.

Another key responsibility is outreach and relationship nurturing, where the VA sends personalized emails or messages, tracks responses, and follows up with potential partners to build interest and engagement.

The role also involves lead qualification and reporting, ensuring that promising prospects are identified and passed to the founder for final discussions and partnership opportunities.

This case highlights how a Virtual Assistant can support a growing brand by providing structured lead research, consistent outreach, and organized tracking systems, helping the business expand its network of wholesale partners in a more systematic and scalable way.

This case reflects my interest in supporting growing businesses through structured lead research, organized data management, and consistent follow-up processes that help turn opportunities into meaningful partnerships.
